What’s UXCamp?
The only design unconference in Melbourne. We follow the Bar Camp format, a low-cost, collaborative event, where every attendee is encouraged to pitch a topic, with the agenda only made after an everyone votes.
You decide what you pitch. You decide the format. You decide the speakers. It’s chaos and energising in all the best ways.
Our vision is to create an inclusive and supportive event where participants can connect with the community, share diverse viewpoints, and grow as designers.
It’s a space for networking, learning and career progression, inspiring you to discover your voice and leave with lasting connections and a renewed passion for your craft.

Maxy Lotherington
Experience Design Lead at GroundplanMaxy is the Experience Design Lead at Groundplan and previously led Product & Design at InvestorHub. Her career has centred on product design at startups and scale-ups, with a little content, marketing, and people & culture mixed in along the way.
Outside work, that creative curiosity continues through experiments in game design and as many crafts as she can handle. Our kind of camper.
