Our 2025 (and 2023 and 2024) event sold out at 178 tickets, and for 2026, we are targeting an even larger reach with 200+ attendees.
UX Camp is not your typical conference - it’s an experience shaped by the people in the room. The day begins with attendees pitching ideas, and from there, the community votes and co-creates the agenda in real time, setting the tone for a day driven by curiosity and shared passion.

We’re at The Outlook Festival
We’re bringing Prototype Roulette to long-time supporter The Outlook’s Festival, featuring our same campfire energy and chaos, in a newer, smaller, fast-paced design challenge package.
Spin the wheel, get a random product brief, constraint and twist. Then work as a small team to brainstorm, prototype, and ultimately pitch your concept back to the room.
No lengthy presentations. No polished case studies. Just creativity, collaboration, and a healthy dose of design improvisation.
No preparation required. We'll provide the prompts, materials, and a room full of creative people.
What’s UXCamp?
As the only design unconference in Melbourne, our vision is to create an inclusive and supportive event where participants can connect with the community, share diverse viewpoints, and grow as designers.
We aim to provide a safe space for networking, learning and career progression, inspiring attendees to discover their voice and leave with lasting connections and renew passion for their craft.
We follow the Bar Camp format, a low-cost, collaborative event, where attendees of all levels are encouraged to pitch a topic, with the agenda made following an all-in vote.
Over a dozen sessions take place, with the day's format and speakers depending on who comes, what you pitch and what you decide.
